Requirements

Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or accounting, with at least 2 years in a people management role. Prior experience building waterfall models in Excel and calculating distribution amounts is required, along with strong systems experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

The Manager, Fund Administration will oversee and lead a team of financial modeling specialists, responsible for hiring, training, and managing their performance. Responsibilities include maintaining and configuring waterfalls, calculating and allocating distributions and capital calls, and generating investor reporting. This role involves performing customer-facing work, handling challenging customer situations, reviewing team deliverables for accuracy, and identifying process improvements. The manager will also build systems for data tracking, collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience, and serve as a technical expert, advising on business decisions and identifying product feature requests.
