Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and expertise in modern JavaScript (client-side and server-side), React or an equivalent frontend framework, CI/CD, TDD, and Git. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum is also required, along with desired skills including TypeScript (or experience with similar statically typed languages), Next.js, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), SQL databases, and experience with ElasticSearch/NoSQL and API building and integration.

Responsibilities

The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting production software used by sophisticated users, applying their experience to solve both common and complex issues, reflecting on the team’s work and adapting practices, taking ownership of existing systems, working collaboratively in a flat structure, and solving problems in a self-directed manner while organizing work around client needs and market demands. They will also take the lead in small groups of engineers to obtain decisions and provide solutions.
