Requirements

5+ years hands-on software development experience, including significant full stack software development leveraging responsive design (bonus: shipped mobile experiences leveraging AI)
Deep understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, security, performance and scale
Knowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or ML (plus)
Demonstrated technical leadership experience, such as being an architect or tech lead for high impact customer facing projects
Strives to be the very best, undaunted by ambiguity, motivated to drive impact
Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills
Follow company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data; abide by data security plan

Responsibilities

Dive deep across the stack to build delightful experiences end-to-end
Leverage Cursor and AI tools to accelerate work across the tech stack, including (but not limited to) Go, React and Java
Collaborate across disciplines, including design and product management, to build the right thing the right way at the right cost
Continuously grow by integrating feedback from team and industry, while growing your team and helping them learn from your experience
Strongly contribute to product vision and drive team planning
Build fast products that scale to wild success
