Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience in backend development with preferably a typed language (Typescript/Node.js, Java, C#) with a focus on delivering for scalability, availability, security and performance
At least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, preferably with React, but experience with Angular is also valued
Experience with serverless architectures, microservices or distributed systems
Extensive work with AWS in a production environment and understanding how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of the environment and services provided by Amazon
Ability to talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on AWS, when to use them, and how, and explain to junior engineers
Security at the forefront of mind in everything done

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements analysis to help provide the right technical and business solutions for customers
Have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules
Write clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems
Review, update, refactor, and debug code
Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients
Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability
Mentor team members
Follow best practices, evangelize, and mentor in the team and across Engineering
Help level up quality, excellence, and agility in delivery processes
