Requirements

  • Experience with modern tech stack: Vue.js, TailwindCSS, Node.js (TypeScript), Express, MongoDB, NATS
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies: OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith
  • Ability to design and develop scalable frontend and backend components
  • Experience in agile development, product discovery, grooming sessions, testing, monitoring, and code reviews
  • Skills in data analysis and iterative feature refinement based on user feedback
  • Capability to mentor and guide teammates in technical and product expertise

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop impactful features for the People Enablement suite, including performance management, learning, and engagement tools
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions, participating actively in product discovery and grooming sessions
  • Develop AI-driven solutions for user problems, experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies, and develop foundational tooling (incl. agents, tools, evals, tests) to enhance AI-driven features
  • Build and maintain reusable, scalable frontend and backend components using Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB
  • Ensure high-quality releases by contributing to robust testing, monitoring, and code review processes
  • Analyze data and user feedback to refine features iteratively and deliver meaningful product improvements
  • Contribute to cross-domain projects, such as smarter platform initiatives or HRIS, when strategic priorities align
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates, helping the team grow in technical and product expertise
