Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of a truly cross-functional team, collaborating with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA.
  • Participate actively in product planning, from discovery through deployment, contributing input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop robust new features, APIs, continuously improve our industry-leading products, and fix bugs at "DeelSpeed."
  • Ensure our customers receive a white-glove experience with our products.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js, including Class Components, Functional Components, and React Hooks.
    • Great knowledge of state management tools.
    • Expertise in essentials like HTML and CSS.
    • Firm understanding of server-side languages (Node.js is used on the Back-End).
  • Experience:
    • At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
    • 5+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Ability to advise on best practices and act as a thought leader in your field.
    • Excel in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the specified technologies.
    • Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture where teamwork, camaraderie, and "Together Everywhere" are key.
    • Embrace independence and ownership of projects, while also excelling in team settings and contributing positively.
    • Communicate complex ideas with ease and enjoy collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
