Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or other relevant technologies like Backbone
Extensive knowledge of frontend architecture principles, including component-based design, state management, and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing)
Strong understanding of accessibility (A11y) standards and how to implement them in web applications
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset with the ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of adapting to new tools, technologies, and processes

Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Design and build reusable, adaptable UI components that can be seamlessly integrated across various applications
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver the best possible UX for customers, ensuring accessibility (A11y) standards are met
Maintain, optimize, and evolve existing features to ensure high performance and scalability
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team
