Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices. Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Next.js is required, along with a passion for continuous learning. Experience building highly-performant and scalable web applications, a strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches, and a strong sense of UX and interaction design are essential. A proactive, can-do attitude with a creative problem-solving approach and comfort in a client-facing consulting role are also necessary. Experience with Design Systems and building accessible products is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Frontend Engineer will create and deliver beautiful user experiences for clients, building and iterating on software from design to launch. This includes clarifying requirements and UI design in partnership with Product and Design teams, collaborating closely with designers to ensure high UX polish and interaction quality, and breaking down goals into achievable tasks while following sprint timelines. Responsibilities also involve proactively communicating progress and challenges, learning fast, working independently and reliably, and following best practices in frontend development such as efficient component architecture, responsive design, state management, testing, and performance/accessibility optimization. The role also includes implementing meaningful motion and microinteractions to enhance usability and delight.
