Requirements

Ambitious, commercially minded finance professional with accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (advantageous)
Ability to analyse and work with large volumes of data to support informed decision-making
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player
Planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales

Responsibilities

Build and manage financial models
Support with the development and submission of budgets and forecasts, ensuring inputs are managed in an accurate, efficient manner to all levels of the organisation
Provide in-depth analysis on business performance, working closely with the FP&A manager to emphasise the implications of the numbers and suggested actions
Work across various stakeholders within the business and bring knowledge from various sources to support with the insights
Identify areas for process improvement
Work collaboratively across different teams, particularly the global finance teams
Generate, analyse, and report complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis
