Requirements

Strong programming skills in C++, Rust, and/or Python
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
5 years of experience testing and launching software products
3 years of experience with software design and architecture
5 years of experience with firmware design, implementation, and troubleshooting
5 years of experience with embedded architectures, IO technologies (I2C, SPI, PCIe, DRAM etc.), as well as concepts like scalability, fault tolerance, and consistency
Deep understanding of computer architecture and operating systems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (minimum qualification)
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred)
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction (preferred)
Experience with Java or Go, with the ability to resolve customer-related issues (preferred)
Experience in developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred)
