Requirements

Master's degree in finance
At least 5 years of experience in a controlling position or FP&A function
Experience with reporting tools (HFM, TM1, or similar)
French or English speaking (both languages ideal)
Proficient in Excel
Accounting diploma appreciated (CA, CMA, CCA, CPA)

Responsibilities

Monitor the closing process (bridge of variances vs. forecast vs. budget)
Oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget for the regional headquarters
Support the EMEA team in implementing procedures for the new "Beyond Distribution" pillar of ECS
Support ad hoc analysis as strategy for the new business unit is defined
Produce monthly dashboards and performance reports for business leaders
Manage the full budget cycle and rolling forecasts
Improve reporting tools and processes to enhance accessibility and relevance of financial data
Support decision-making with a curious, analytical, and pedagogical approach
Monitor investments and operating costs at the European headquarters
Act as the primary finance contact for EMEA department heads, helping them manage and optimize budgets
Analyze budget variances and present insights to the management team
Produce process notes to highlight intercompany flows of group costs regarding European countries and North American counterpart
