Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3+ years of combined experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategic finance, or FP&A, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. They should demonstrate excellence in project management skills, including the ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives. They will prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packages, perform detailed financial modeling and scenario analyses, support the month-end close process, develop cash flow forecasts, and build dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, the role involves analyzing OPEX spend, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting investor relations, and continuously evaluating and improving financial processes.
