Leverage data directly — write SQL queries, work hands-on with large datasets, and build frameworks that turn operational metrics into financial impact
Distill complex analyses into crisp stories for executive and board-level audiences, focusing on what matters most and why
Collaborate across the finance team to refine forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes as Plooto scales
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools, including expanding the use of Vena
