Experience with financial planning software like Adaptive Planning and Netsuite is preferred, along with familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce. Strong analytical capabilities, outstanding Excel/Google Sheets skills for manipulating large datasets, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced environments and adapting to change with curiosity.
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner across teams to analyze performance, uncover trends, and highlight opportunities that shape strategy. Responsibilities include supporting business partners in tracking, forecasting, and analyzing operational expenses, owning the monthly and quarterly BvA process for the GTM organization, and supporting the deployment of marketing spend and maintaining sales capacity models. The role involves participating in annual planning, long-term planning, and rolling forecast processes, producing KPI reporting, analyzing trends, and preparing insights for variance and key meetings. Additionally, the analyst will run cross-functional initiatives to improve data-driven insights and company efficiency, communicate financial concepts to FP&A management and functional leaders, and analyze SaaS metrics with peer benchmarking. Building and maintaining financial models for GTM operations performance, and conducting ad-hoc analysis are also key duties.
