Requirements

At least 3 years or above of relevant professional work experience in financial or business analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis or strategic planning related functions
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial, or Accounting related major
Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections with clear logic
Detail-oriented, adaptive to changes and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Strong communication, partnering and influencing skills, ability to present to cross-function teams and senior leaders
Critical thinking, high integrity and commitment
Highly motivated, self-starter, confident
Excellent written and verbal English Language skills
Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Data processing experience preferred (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Tableau)
Experience in financial consolidation at multinational companies preferred

Responsibilities

Communicate performance trends and business drivers among internal and external stakeholders and support financial data consolidation with strategic analysis for company’s financial plans (e.g., Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan, monthly rolling forecast, capital planning etc.)
Perform in-depth variance analysis for actuals versus forecast that articulate business rationale as to support management review
Create and continuously improve financial models and analyses, ensure the quality of various financial analyses and reporting within deadlines, as to support key business decisions
Support financial performance communications to senior management and shareholders through reporting, financial analysis, and presentation in critical meetings
Proactively resolve problems, identify opportunities for improvements, handling external and internal inquiries
Participate in ad-hoc projects and deep dive analysis
