Requirements

Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACMA, CPA)
At least 4-5 years experience in reputable Accounting firms or financial analysis/costing analysis/business partnering
Strong eye for detail with a good grasp for impact
Strong technical capabilities
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI preferred
Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
A team player with the right attitude committed to deliver within tight deadlines
A confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
A conceptual thinker
Ability to respond promptly and effectively to pressures within a commercial environment
Ability to work across cultures in Asia

Responsibilities

Assist in the monthly financial forecasts as well as the annual budget process for the region/sub-regions
Prepare monthly relevant management reports/Power BI dashboards to facilitate the monitoring of actual performance versus forecasts or targets
Understand and provide product costing information to the commercial team in the region to aid the team in their pricing and sourcing strategies
Analyze product costing to provide management and commercial team a view of customer and product profitability
Assist in ensuring processes and results are in compliance with US GAAP and SOX 404 requirements
Support the Performance Controller in performance/reporting related matters and projects
