HS diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of technical experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water
Industry-specific licenses preferred; ability to obtain TWIC card
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including smart devices
Demonstrated customer service experience
Critical thinking and trouble-shooting ability
Ability to operate a company service vehicle safely
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to function effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of water purification equipment
Receives specific training on equipment used
Utilizes a company service vehicle to travel to customer locations
Proactively troubleshoots systems for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment conditions
Takes care of company property and anticipates and corrects safety issues
Direct interfacing with customers
May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations, or customers
Provides coaching to entry-level technicians
