Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of technical experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water
  • Industry-specific licenses preferred; ability to obtain TWIC card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including smart devices
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Critical thinking and trouble-shooting ability
  • Ability to operate a company service vehicle safely
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of water purification equipment
  • Receives specific training on equipment used
  • Utilizes a company service vehicle to travel to customer locations
  • Proactively troubleshoots systems for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment conditions
  • Takes care of company property and anticipates and corrects safety issues
  • Direct interfacing with customers
  • May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations, or customers
  • Provides coaching to entry-level technicians
