Requirements

Completed degree in facility management and several years of professional experience in holistic facility management
Extensive experience in workplace design and project management of renovation projects
Pharmaceutical and GxP understanding and experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Very strong social and interdisciplinary skills to organize with internal/external partners, work within project teams and solve issues in the daily business
Excellent written and spoken German skills (native speaker), very good written and spoken English skills
Extensive experience with various CAFM systems such as FM Interact/Speedikon/Maximo etc
Very strong PC skills e.g. MS Office, SAP

Responsibilities

Ensures consistent delivery of efficient site services, infrastructure management, workplace & space management and project management by utilizing an effective balance of internal employees and service providers
Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) within Facilities Management Schaffhausen
Responsible for space planning for campus Schaffhausen
Retains compliance with GxP, EHS and SOX guidelines linked to the job function
Manages Facilities/Facilities Services according to GxP and EHS regulatory requirements; assures change implementation complies with local and federal regulations; evaluates impact and action plans to assure proper implementation
Identifies issues and risks that can cause failure to comply with any regulatory requirement, downtime or impact the financial plan; reports to management, providing alternatives to assure issues or risks are mitigated
Responsible for digital strategy within Facilities Management Schaffhausen
Implementation and execution of the office concept according to the roadmap
Implementation of the J&J Workplace Experience and the Flex Working Environment in all office areas
Member of the FM Schaffhausen Project Management Team
Joint responsibility for space management and the workplace management tool "CAFM FM Interact"
Jointly responsible for all types of office furniture
Keeps standard operational procedures of the area updated and assures strict compliance to them
Responsibility for external facilities services provider (site Schaffhausen) including workplace and move management
Acts as subject matter expert for Space and Workplace Design
Supports E&PS in the design and installation until go-live of GMP and Non-GMP facilities
Supports the development of the strategic plan for site FM business operations including long term financial investment planning and execution of the plan
Passive deputy within team/department FM
