Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic architect for product journeys that balance innovation, cultural energy, and commercial scale — from concept through go-to-market
  • Translate global consumer insights and market dynamics into future-forward product strategies that expand category relevance and brand heat
  • Mentor and influence PLMs across levels by modeling best-in-class product management behaviors and elevating team capability
  • Lead the most complex, high-impact product strategies across Nike Sportswear’s global portfolio
  • Guide cross-functional partners (Design, Product Creation, Global & Geo Merchandising, Consumer Insights, NSW Leadership, Nike Direct & Partner GTM Teams) and influence Nike’s most strategic decisions across creation, marketplace, and consumer journey
  • Brief, line plan, and manage portfolio of products tethered to the NSW Icons Footwear business
