Responsibilities

  • Coordinates company and business-related events: researches options, resources, and cost efficiencies; sets dates, timelines, and agendas; coordinates technology needs; organizes pre-travel preparations; acts as liaison for visiting associates and guests
  • Manages calendars for leadership and team: coordinates appointments, anticipates needs, monitors meeting rooms and facilities, prioritizes requests
  • Constructs communications: drafts electronic, verbal, and written communications for leadership; follows up on requests; communicates with senior leadership; reviews and edits documentation; prioritizes incoming messages
  • Processes invoices and expense reports, reviewing for exceptions and making adjustments
  • Serves as contact and resource for associates: obtains information, offers solutions, filters and prioritizes requests for leadership
  • Mentors, offers guidance, and delegates tasks to other assistants
  • Resolves internal and external customer requests
  • Supports development, execution, and improvement of action plans; builds relationships with stakeholders; identifies business needs; monitors progress and results
  • Uses Open Door Policy, assists others in business processes, demonstrates respect, drives positive experiences, and builds trusting relationships
  • Considers data analytics and customer/member insights
