Proven success delivering medium to large-scale FP&A implementations
Experience with FP&A consultancy or software vendors
Deep knowledge of financial planning principles and tools
Familiarity with Agile, Prince2, or other formal delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with Sales for seamless handovers and project kickoff
Design scalable, cost-effective solutions that reduce complexity and drive adoption
Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and best practices from experience
Support the PM to oversee project governance: design, timelines, budgets, risks, and change management
Provide quality assurance across multiple concurrent FP&A implementations
Mentor and coach colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence
Integrate financial and operational data sources for end-to-end visibility and integrity
Enable predictive analytics and scenario modeling for agile decision-making
Implement rolling forecasts and driver-based models to enhance planning agility
Help customers define KPIs and track performance to maximize strategic value
Align Finance with HR, Sales, and Operations for cross-functional planning
Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success to ensure smooth post-go-live transitions
Support business case realization and identify upsell opportunities
Conduct solution reviews and health checks to drive adoption and expansion
Stay current on FP&A trends, technologies, and regulations
Contribute to product boards and delivery methodology enhancements
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Maintain strong internal stakeholder engagement
