Requirements

- 3-5 years EH&S experience in manufacturing/industrial setting
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with safety training, incident investigation, and compliance systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with AI/data analysis is a plus
- Ability to work in a plant environment including standing, walking, with moderate noise
- Conduct inspections in various facility areas
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Oversee EH&S training and compliance tracking, develop and deliver safety programs
- Participate and lead site inspections
- Investigate incidents, create reports, analyze statistics using AI for data-driven improvements
- Conduct safety meetings, manage safety committee, employee engagement, and recognition systems
- Oversee stormwater, outfalls, TRI reporting, and environmental documentation
- Manage forklift training, lockout/tagout, Fit For Work, invoice approvals and contractor ISN updates
