Oversee EH&S training and compliance tracking, develop and deliver safety programs
Participate and lead site inspections
Investigate incidents, create reports, analyze statistics using AI for data-driven improvements
Conduct safety meetings, manage safety committee, employee engagement, and recognition systems
Oversee stormwater, outfalls, TRI reporting, and environmental documentation
Manage forklift training, lockout/tagout, Fit For Work, invoice approvals and contractor ISN updates
