Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the Platform roadmap, translating strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Lead cloud infrastructure initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, security, and cost management
  • Build tools and automation that make our systems more consistent, observable, and self-service
  • Partner with product engineering teams to improve developer velocity and experience
  • Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform documentation
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, inclusion, and autonomy grounded in clarity and trust
  • Oversee 6–10 engineers across Cloud Foundation and Engineering Enablement teams, directly managing the Cloud Foundation team and driving key aspects of cloud infrastructure strategy, including scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, and automation
