Requirements

Candidates should have experience in performance management and running agile teams, managing delivery processes. A bonus is 5+ years of experience developing modern tech stacks and 2+ years managing a development team in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks is valuable, and experience in a highly regulated ARC environment, managing remote teams, B2B experience, and agile development environments with modern project management tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the technical direction and execution for AuditBoard's Audit initiatives. They will mentor, inspire, and grow a diverse team of engineers, managing and developing the team through hiring, retaining, and building capabilities. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with partners to deliver best-in-class user experiences, owning the end-to-end build and delivery of Audit features, and continuously improving all aspects of the product lifecycle. The role involves working cross-functionally with other engineering teams and product lines, collaborating with Product Management to define goals and roadmaps, and iterating on agile best practices for efficient delivery.
