[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, AI at Postscript

Candidates should have 4+ years of leadership experience directly managing engineers and developing top performers into principal engineers. Experience mentoring staff engineers and highly technical contributors is required, along with experience working with AI technologies (predictive and generative), demonstrated excellence in recruiting and onboarding engineers, and a clear passion for people, management, and enabling others. Experience in early-stage/high-growth SaaS environments is preferred, as is experience leading teams that have maintained critical infrastructure and introduced/maintained systems with a high level of observability.
