Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Demonstrated experience in hydrological/hydraulic analysis (1D, 2D and rain-on-grid), flood risk management, stormwater quality/quantity modelling, stormwater infrastructure design and technical reporting
Proven experience using computer software including 12D, TUFLOW, XPRAFTS/WBNM, HEC-RAS, QGIS, MUSIC
Ability to motivate and empower the team to perform through leading by example
Superior technical knowledge while delivering pragmatic and practical outcomes
High level industry awareness and engagement

Responsibilities

Assessment of water related impacts – hydrologic, flooding and water quality associated with infrastructure, mining and development projects
Undertake conceptual engineering design and investigations of civil and stormwater infrastructure including earthworks, drainage, basins, dam etc
Preparation and review of engineering reports, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and cost estimates
Undertake project and client management duties for projects as well as reporting on project milestones
Promote the strategic objectives of the Engineering and Design business through the active delivery of projects
