Responsibilities

Responsible for power system design and engineering
Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, or integrated circuits for electronic equipment and other hardware systems
Determine design methods and parameters
Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results
Use common technology sets including analog, digital, mixed signal, HMOS/MOS/CMOS, PLL, ADC, DAC, etc
Execute policies/strategies using in-depth knowledge of the technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience
Apply best practices knowledge and understanding of how own field integrates with others; aware of competition and market differentiators
Demonstrate judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside set parameters to handle more complex manufacturing processes with technical diversity and/or interdependencies
Use technical experience and analytical thinking; utilize various internal resources and limited external resources outside own team to aid decision-making
Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
May lead small projects with low risk and resource needs
Explain information; cultivate skills to build consensus among team members on field topics
