Responsibilities

  • Responsible for power system design and engineering
  • Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, or integrated circuits for electronic equipment and other hardware systems
  • Determine design methods and parameters
  • Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results
  • Use common technology sets including analog, digital, mixed signal, HMOS/MOS/CMOS, PLL, ADC, DAC, etc
  • Execute policies/strategies using in-depth knowledge of the technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience
  • Apply best practices knowledge and understanding of how own field integrates with others; aware of competition and market differentiators
  • Demonstrate judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside set parameters to handle more complex manufacturing processes with technical diversity and/or interdependencies
  • Use technical experience and analytical thinking; utilize various internal resources and limited external resources outside own team to aid decision-making
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
  • May lead small projects with low risk and resource needs
  • Explain information; cultivate skills to build consensus among team members on field topics
