Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (minimum)
3+ years of experience in Electronics design within a relevant industry
Analog hardware design, troubleshooting, DFMEA, tolerance stack up, and hands-on failure analysis
Digital design, including microcontroller selection, digital communication protocols, and power budget calculations
Circuit simulation with LTSpice or similar
Board level bring up and troubleshooting hands-on experience: oscilloscope, voltage and current probes, DMM, spectrum analyzer, VNA and similar equipment
Ability to work hybrid onsite in Towson, MD, minimum 3 days per week

Responsibilities
Implement wireless connectivity hardware for professional power tool products that satisfy end user needs in the Global Tools and Storage business unit
Learn product development milestones in a world-class product management system from concept through design, mass manufacturing, and full product cycle life support
Design of new products and platforms, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures
Effectively identify and communicate major technical and schedule issues to team leaders in a clear, concise, and timely manner while driving appropriate actions
