Requirements

Expertise in designing and developing motor drive inverters/DC-DC converters for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle systems
Ability to ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements
Proficiency in finding root cause and corrective action for electrical design related issues
Experience applying engineering CAD/CAE tools for design analysis and evaluation
Skills in verifying and validating designs on bench and in vehicle
Knowledge of supporting module level validation
Familiarity with engineering design process and product release procedures
Capability to provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up
Ability to participate in new product development as a team player

Responsibilities

Design and develop motor drive inverters/DC-DC converters for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle systems
Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements
Find root cause and corrective action to any electrical design related issues
Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation
Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary
Support module level validation
Follow engineering design process and product release procedures
Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up
Participate in new product development with others as a team player
