Requirements

Candidates must possess an advanced doctoral degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) in a medically related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience, or a Master's or Bachelor's degree in health sciences with 5+ years of clinical and/or medical experience. A minimum of five years of experience in medical affairs or related field is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Medical Science Liaison is responsible for leading and managing a team of MSLs, providing national field strategic leadership, and leveraging MSL expertise for impactful interactions with Scientific and Clinical Experts. This role involves developing and implementing regional field medical strategies, managing team performance and development, recruiting and onboarding MSLs, and coaching personnel. The position also requires building strong relationships with internal and external business partners, overseeing team quality and compliance, analyzing MSL activity data, and managing team finances and HR-related issues.
