Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • HACCP/ PCQI Certification required
  • 10+ years in quality, food safety, or auditing roles within FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proven leadership experience in leading large-scale transformation programs and change management
  • Experience with implementation of quality assurance, quality control, and management system programs and activities (e.g. HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000 / 22000, SPC, continuous improvement methodologies etc.)
  • Experience with digital quality and compliance systems (e.g., EtQ, SAP, data analytics platforms) to support audit execution, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
  • Experience with comprehensive root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Familiarity with and exposure to lean / six sigma tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of the importance of technical governance in delivering a quality product
  • Demonstrated evidence of critical thinking, logic, patience, reasoning, empathy, continuous learning, and development
  • Travel Required: 50 - 75% Travel within North America

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quality systems and auditing professionals to uphold the highest standards of product safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across NAOU Supply Chain
  • Set strategic direction for quality systems and risk management, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee independent, risk-based audits of company-owned and co-manufacturing facilities to verify conformance to TCCC’s quality and food safety standards
  • Analyze key food safety and quality performance indicators across sites to assess business risk and enhance audit effectiveness
  • Lead the development and reporting of organizational metrics to improve audit and system performance
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and enhance food safety, quality, and audit practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for audit initiatives
  • Represent the audit function in cross-functional forums and contribute to broader supply chain and quality strategies
  • Lead capability building initiatives for HACCP, including hands-on training, internal auditing programs, and train-the-trainer sessions to strengthen site-level competencies
  • Mentor and develop audit team members, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented environment
  • Influence and align with senior stakeholders to drive transformation and change management across the supply chain
  • Provide strategic oversight of risk management practices, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of operational and compliance risks
