Requirements

  • Extensive creative background with a proven track record of leading highly successful campaigns and teams in advertising agencies or brand-side internal creative studios
  • Experience running and supporting award-winning advertising campaigns (global scale preferred), with deep understanding of creative that works throughout the funnel
  • Extensive experience as an ECD or GCD in running and building teams, winning business for agencies, growing client rosters, and expanding business
  • Proven success in pitching and ambitiously expanding remit, team, and business
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns that influence culture and participate in cultural conversations, with fresh, unique thinking
  • Strategic thinking with ability to articulate and execute strategy through creative output
  • Ahead of trends, ensuring brands are current, innovative, and forward-looking
  • Ability to build, hire, and mentor talented teams producing innovative and cohesive creative across the full media mix
  • Thrives in global environments, guiding internal creative teams, agencies, and production partners; willing to roll up sleeves and do the work

Responsibilities

  • Build a Center of Creative Excellence as part of the Creative Studio leadership team, strategically shaping and building the vision and operating model for the studio serving the Visa Brand and Clients
  • Lead by example in concepting, creating, and hands-on work when necessary, inspiring others with clear guidance in the craft
  • Build and maintain key relationships with senior marketing executives and external client marketers, demonstrating deep understanding of campaign needs and commitment to cohesive brand across all touchpoints
  • Ensure the Global Creative Studio delivers best-in-class capabilities and partnerships across all regions
