Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification, along with over 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a multinational company. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is required, alongside familiarity with internal controls and SOX, and expertise in relevant laws and regulations pertaining to EMEA. Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, EMEA Accounting will oversee the monthly accounting close and financial reporting cycles, continuously striving to improve processes for scalability and complexity, manage external audit processes and annual filings by gathering supporting documentation, oversee timely filings of all tax, statutory, and associated local filings, oversee the creation and maintenance of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and roll-forwards, and build excellent working relationships with the accounting organization across EMEA, AMER, and APJ.
