Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred
  • 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus
  • Project Management and change management skill development needed
  • Ability to reside in and support either, Florida, Canada/Northeast or Texas/Michigan/California Region(s)
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Vice President, Juice Supply Chain
  • Lead a high‑performing team responsible for managing the strategic relationship between The Coca‑Cola Company and its designated regional contract manufacturing partners
  • Develop and execute the regional supply chain strategy
  • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver cost efficiencies, enhance performance, and establish sustainable operating models
  • Negotiate, finalize, and manage contracts with external manufacturers
  • Ensure alignment with company objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Provide end‑to‑end supply chain oversight, resolving complex operational issues
  • Support innovation initiatives through effective planning, on‑site implementation, and flawless, on‑time execution of new product launches
  • Spearhead monthly business performance reviews to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement operational excellence initiatives across the contract manufacturing network
  • Design and implement a robust operating model that drives continuous improvement
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze key performance data to identify variances from business plans
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Company stakeholders
  • Conduct Annual Letter Settlement investigations and ensure alignment with contract manufacturing partners
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive three‑year regional strategy
  • Lead monthly management routines and quarterly business reviews, partnering with Procurement
