Required qualifications include BSEE (or equivalent) with 4+ years or MSEE/PhD with 2+ years in DFT, proven expertise in scan test plans, BIST for memories and IOs, ATPG, fault simulation, analytical skills in verification using vendor tools, exposure to RTL design, STA, place-n-route, power, silicon debug on ATE, and strong programming in Perl, Python or Tcl.
