This is a hybrid position.
Required qualifications include BSEE with 5+ years, MSEE with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in DFT, system architecture, or RTL design; understanding of DFT topics like fault modeling, ATPG, fault simulation, MBIST, and IOBIST; experience in silicon debug, post-silicon validation, and architecting DFT in 3D stacked/chiplet designs; plus strong programming in Perl, Python, or Tcl.
