Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of experience in virtualization, containerization, build, and deployment. Extensive experience with SCM, CICD, instrumentation, and observability tools is required, as well as proficiency with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and major IaC technologies such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages like C#, PowerShell, Python, and Bash is also necessary, along with knowledge of OS and network infrastructure.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to capture and analyze DevOps requirements, design, develop, deploy, and improve DevOps infrastructure and environments, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry standard tools, provide support for product development and hosting, implement and stay abreast of cloud and DevOps best practices, work with the engineering team to identify Azure resources and automate their provisioning, document their work thoroughly, and perform other duties as required.
