Responsibilities

Work from concept to delivery with a systems mindset, applying and expanding existing design system frameworks for scalability and consistency
Use interaction and storytelling to elevate the quality and personality of digital experiences
Adapt visual direction across multiple touchpoints, balancing brand integrity with usability and performance
Set the standard for design quality, inspiring peers through strong execution and creative problem-solving
Apply and evolve design system components and visual frameworks to maintain consistency and scalability across all touchpoints
Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement within the design system and define patterns that support product and brand growth
Support documentation and guidelines for broader adoption and alignment across design and development, with understanding of variables, variants, and styles
Collaborate closely with product, UX, and marketing teams to translate creative direction into practical, user-centered solutions
Communicate design intent effectively through visuals, prototypes, and storytelling to align teams and stakeholders
