Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design (desirable)
An experienced all-round designer with strong experience in brand design both on and offline
Relevant experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Presentations experience (desirable)
Able to work independently, prioritise accordingly, and iterate quickly
Experience leading a team of designers
A creative flair, an exceptional eye for quality and detail and an aptitude for creative thinking
Knowledge in design trends and technologies to share with the team
Knowledge of print process and techniques, managing suppliers where required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

Deliver and coordinate design projects for both print and digital, working with other team members to ensure this happens in the most effective manner
Able to develop compelling concepts and offer innovative design solutions within corporate design guidelines and attuned to the audience
Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues, proactively offering solutions over and above the client ask
Elicit client feedback to consistently strive to deliver a fully client focused service
Ability to balance work on several projects at a time from scoping and briefing through to initial concepts, implementation and delivery
Produce creative and enhanced PowerPoint slides to an advanced level that add value to client pitches
Buddy new joiners post-training – be a role model for, inspire, mentor and guide other designers to raise overall team skillset
Responsible for quality control of own work as well as midweight and junior designers
