3+ years of experience with JavaScript and a JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular) and strong CSS/SASS skills
Proven experience in building and maintaining a design system or component library in a collaborative team environment

Stay current with industry trends: keep up with the latest in design system development, front-end frameworks, and accessibility best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
