Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
8+ years of extensive experience in systems engineering, preferably within the data center or semiconductor industry
Strong understanding of L6, L10, L11, and L12 rack integration levels and successful track record launching products at all levels
Proven track record to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and external partners
Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high speed networks commonly used in data center environments
Capability to frequently travel onsite to various ODM locations in North America and Asia

Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse teams, both internal and external to develop and optimize datacenter product solutions from architecture and design to mass production
Act as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for our Manufacturing partners (ODMs) responsible for next-generation data center products
Collaborate closely with ODM partners to streamline and optimize rack-level integration processes, ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing enablement for both our customers and our internal datacenter builds
Conduct detailed debugging and solving of any integration issues, providing timely resolutions to support ODM manufacturing test flows
Address factory issues promptly, with the goal of improving the production line for rack-level integration and improving overall operational efficiency
Provide L11 customer quality support, addressing any concerns or issues related to product integration and ensuring customer satisfaction
Work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless integration of any changes or corrective actions necessary to support the production of quality products
Offer direct feedback into the manufacturing process, supplying insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization
