Requirements

  • 8+ years of extensive experience in systems engineering, preferably within the data center or semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of L6, L10, L11, and L12 rack integration levels and successful track record launching products at all levels
  • Proven track record to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high speed networks commonly used in data center environments
  • Capability to frequently travel onsite to various ODM locations in North America and Asia

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, both internal and external to develop and optimize datacenter product solutions from architecture and design to mass production
  • Act as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for our Manufacturing partners (ODMs) responsible for next-generation data center products
  • Collaborate closely with ODM partners to streamline and optimize rack-level integration processes, ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing enablement for both our customers and our internal datacenter builds
  • Conduct detailed debugging and solving of any integration issues, providing timely resolutions to support ODM manufacturing test flows
  • Address factory issues promptly, with the goal of improving the production line for rack-level integration and improving overall operational efficiency
  • Provide L11 customer quality support, addressing any concerns or issues related to product integration and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless integration of any changes or corrective actions necessary to support the production of quality products
  • Offer direct feedback into the manufacturing process, supplying insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization
