Requirements

Candidates must possess 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics, along with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics. Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will propose and conduct quantitative research into key user behaviors, product flows, and business trends, identifying potential new opportunities and next steps for the product team. You will design and analyze experiments and tests for causal inference, collaborating with engineers and applied scientists. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and others to help scope new features, model scenarios, and recommend business logic. You will define and monitor key metrics, investigate changes, and propose next steps, while also developing topic area expertise and contributing to the team’s data culture. Finally, you will collaborate with, mentor, and help recruit team members.
