Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional team (data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers, product managers) to deliver AI-powered products
Leverage broad stack of technologies to reveal insights from huge volumes of numeric and textual data
Serve as expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to harness, adapt, and finetune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications and features
Build ML and NLP models through all phases: design, training, evaluation, validation
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models in scalable, resilient production systems serving 80+ million customers
Translate complexity of work into tangible business goals using interpersonal skills
