Requirements

Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithm principles and applications, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning
Familiarity with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, etc.) and their applications in NLP and computer vision
Practical experience with large language models (LLMs), including model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and in-context learning
Understanding of multimodal AI models (such as GPT-4, Claude 3.7), their working principles and application limitations
Proficiency in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and knowledge base construction methods
Solid foundation in statistics, familiarity with probability theory, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design methodologies
Ability to design and execute A/B tests, perform data sampling, and evaluate effectiveness
Mastery of multivariate analysis, dimensionality reduction and feature extraction
Familiarity with Bayesian statistics and inference methods, ability to build statistical models for complex data analysis
Capability in anomaly detection and time series analysis to discover patterns and trends in data
Proficiency in Python and related scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy)
Skilled in using at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for model development
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud platform services
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, etc.)
Ability to process unstructured data (text, images) and familiarity with relevant preprocessing techniques

Responsibilities

Research capabilities and limitations of emerging AI technologies (such as multimodal large language models, generative AI, etc.) and evaluate their feasibility in business scenarios
Design and implement proof of concept (PoC) experiments to explore innovative solutions
Develop rapid prototypes based on business requirements to validate the effectiveness of technical solutions
Optimize model performance to enhance the flexibility and scalability of solutions
Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to drive implementation and delivery of technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and partners
Write technical documentation, patent applications, and academic publications to enhance the team's technical influence
Share research findings internally and externally to promote technical innovation
