Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of Data Science experience building and validating machine learning and forecasting models in Python, strong analytical skills for advanced data analytics, and expertise in supervised and unsupervised techniques including Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Support Vector Machines, K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering, Causal Models, and Mixture Models.
This is a high-impact individual contributor position involving close collaboration with Product, Data Engineering & Analytics, and Business Strategy teams, with opportunities to mentor other data scientists and data analysts while contributing to the learning culture.
A strong candidate will have at least 5 years of experience building ML and forecasting models in Python, expertise in specific ML techniques like Random Forest and Gradient Boosting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently own projects while collaborating across teams and mentoring others.
