Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers, product managers) to deliver AI-powered products
- Leverage a broad stack of technologies to reveal insights from huge volumes of numeric and textual data
- Be the expert in NLP to harness, adapt, and finetune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications and features
- Build ML and NLP models through all phases: design, training, evaluation, validation
- Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models in scalable, resilient production systems serving 80+ million customers
- Translate complex work into tangible business goals using interpersonal skills
