Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ML-powered products and pipelines, playing a central role in all stages of the data science project lifecycle, including identifying project opportunities, partnering with stakeholders, evaluating results, and presenting findings to business leaders. They will also perform exploratory data analysis, build proof-of-concept models, benchmark models, and set up model validation experiments, train large models for both experimentation and production, develop production-ready pipelines for enterprise-scale projects, conduct code reviews and optimization, spearhead deployment and model scaling strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring team members, contributing to software craftsmanship, and adhering to Agile principles.
