Technically strong in data science, including analysis, modeling, experimentation, and applied analytics

Experience owning projects across growth/performance analyses, experiment design/evaluation, predictive modeling, and improving patient engagement/clinical efficiency

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) and stakeholders (Operations, Clinical, Finance)
Skills in building, evaluating, and productionalizing predictive models (e.g., patient retention, no-shows, demand patterns)
Expertise in designing experiments, defining success metrics, statistical evaluation, and ensuring statistical power
Capability to balance technical sophistication with pragmatic, simpler analyses for business impact
Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and BI teams to define requirements and address data gaps

Responsibilities

Identify growth opportunities for Product teams by analyzing data and understanding patient behaviors
Help Product teams maximize impact by working with PMs and engineers to understand costs/constraints, analyze data, and size opportunities
Identify risks by exploring data and monitoring trends to address emerging issues proactively
Frame analyses and estimates in terms of business impact ("so what") to influence teams
Develop regular deliverables that turn historical data into forward-looking guidance for product and operational teams
Anticipate questions and bring forward insights proactively
Build, evaluate, and productionalize models to forecast outcomes like patient retention, no-shows, and demand patterns
Partner with Product and Operations to design experiments, define success metrics, implement statistical frameworks, and analyze results
Ensure experiment results are communicated clearly, with learnings codified for future decisions
Lead analyses on patient growth, clinician utilization, marketplace dynamics, etc., to surface actionable insights for leadership
Translate ad-hoc analyses into repeatable frameworks and scalable reporting for institutional knowledge
Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to define requirements and highlight gaps for reliable data pipelines
Act as a thought partner to Operations, Clinical, and Finance leaders, shaping questions and providing advanced analytics support
