Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and ideally a Master's degree or Ph.D. They should have at least 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques. Strong oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will design and implement scalable statistical systems based on data analysis, conduct experiments and test hypotheses, and build models for advanced data analysis and complex algorithms. They will also make strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, and retention requirements, model and frame business scenarios, and convert custom data analysis tasks into repeatable processes. Furthermore, they will apply predictive modeling techniques to build and maintain decision systems and collaborate with team members to drive business results.
