Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in causal inference, experimental/quasi-experimental design, and marketing measurement (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling and incrementality measurement)
  • Expertise in Bayesian/frequentist modeling
  • Proficiency in Python/R using relevant frameworks for statistical analysis
  • First experience using distributed systems (Spark, Databricks)

Responsibilities

  • Lead research and methodology development in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality measurement, and causal inference, using Bayesian and frequentist approaches
  • Mentor and upskill analysts, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Design and implement advanced statistical models to identify causal relationships between customer behavior and business KPIs, identifying key decision events in the customer journey
  • Drive marketing measurement research, working with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Marketing & Analytics) and external partners
